EUA is pleased to announce that the 10th European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) will take place in London on 19 to 21 November 2015, hosted by the Quality Assurance Agency and UCL Institute of Education.
EUREQA project coordinator, EUA, has announced its involvement in the SPHERE Consortium (Support and Promotion for Higher Education Reform Experts). Through this, EUA will, together with the University of Barcelona, jointly be in charge of the HERE project for the next three years.
Partners of the EUREQA project met at Shkodra University “Luigj Gurakuqi” in Albania for their fourth and final regional training workshop. The event focussed on curriculum planning and development and included sessions on learning outcomes and teaching methods.
The Yerevan Ministerial Conference in May this year will conclude another round of the Bologna Process. Since the last conference in Bucharest (2012) the Bologna Follow-up Group have been working to continue the enhancement of the European Higher Education Area and have produced a number of documents to be adopted by the Bologna Ministers in Yerevan, many of which have a relevance for quality assurance and will be of interest to EUREQA partners.
The revised version of the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) has been endorsed by the Bologna Follow-Up Group (BFUG). The revision is now pending adoption by the Bologna Ministerial Conference, which will take place in May 2015 in Yerevan, Armenia.
